A flat rate of 3,000 yen applies to any orders shipped overseas (*10% consumption tax will not be charged on orders shipped overseas).

We ship overseas orders via EMS

From oversea orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

About customs duties

Customs duties, other import taxes, and customs fees may be levied on purchased items when they clear customs in the recipient's country.

These fees are the whole responsibility of the recipient and should be paid directly to the shipping company or customs broker at the time of delivery.

As laws and regulations concerning taxes and customs fees vary from country to country, please contact the customs authorities of the receiving country for details.

Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping in the event that your order is returned due to nonpayment of customs duties.

Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days of order placement (excludes Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and year-end national holidays).

Please note that we do not accept orders for a specified delivery date. Delivery may be delayed when there is a high volume of orders being processed.

A separate shipment is made for each order.

Note that we are unable to collectively send orders made through multiple order submissions.

About returns and exchanges : for oversea order

 

Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

We do not accept product returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances (e.g., wrong size or color, not as imagined, ordering error, etc.).

However, we do accept returns or exchanges on products that were initially defective or shipped in error.

In such cases, contact us via our website within 7 days of receiving the product, being sure to clearly indicate your order number, name, and address.

Upon receiving and verifying, we will process the return or exchange.

In cases where we are able to provide a replacement product, we will exchange the product with a non-defective one, bearing the shipping costs for returning and resending.

In cases where we cannot provide a replacement product, the full amount will be reimbursed. We thank you for your understanding.

Note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges after 7 days from the date of delivery, even if the package is unopened.

Also note that if the order was not placed from this website, but rather from another shop, the place of purchase shall be responsible for any return or exchange.

About returns and refunds of products purchased by credit card : for oversea order

 

If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.

Note that, depending on the credit card company and customer's contract with that company, refunds may be carried over to the next month or later if the return occurs past the credit card company's closing date.

As we are unable to access the details of customers' contracts with credit card companies, please contact your credit card company directly if you require more information.

 

 

 

Exchange Rate

 

When you purchased from overseas or when you used a credit card published overseas, exchange rate will be applied.

Also commission for an exchange will be charged based on the credit card company's regulation.

Since this fee isn't charged by our web site, the amount might change in case of a refund.

Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for the difference.

*In many cases exchange rates will change everyday.
